Transfer files via FileZilla

Once you have chosen FileZilla as your FTP client, you can use the following step by step guide to help you configure it with the proper settings.  To download FileZilla, proceed to Download.com (click here) and search for FileZilla.  Download and install the program.

Step 1: Open Filezilla

Step 2: Fill in your FTP settings

 Username: Your Username

 Password: Your Password

 Port: 21

Step 3: Click on the "Quickconnect" button

On the left hand side of Filezilla, there is a Local Site This contains files on your computer.

On the right hand side contains the files on your website.

Settings for Advanced Users

 Host: Yourdomain.com

 Username: Your Username

 Password: Your Password

 Port: 21
